DRAW ATTENTION AWAY FROM THE CHEST:
Wearing a 'V' neck top or jacket that is slightly defined at the waist will draw attention away from the chest area and down the body. You may want to refrain from wearing necklaces as they will draw the eye to the chest and instead opt for attractive, dangling earrings that will frame your face.
Blouses should not be tucked in at the waist as that will increase the appearance of the bust size. Also important is that you stay away from wearing bright patterned colours over the chest area. Remember, dark colours recede; therefore, they will help the chest area to appear smaller.
