A smaller frame can usually carry off colourful, large patterns such as abstracts and diagonals. The oversized body frame can also wear these patterns although in smaller proportions such as a patterned scarf. By wearing bold, colourful pieces near the neckline on a larger body frame, you are creating interest higher up the frame which will elongate your look.
